INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

With effect from Tuesday 23rd March 2020, in line with government guidelines relating to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, our stores will close temporarily.

We do not currently know when our stores will reopen as this is a rapidly changing situation, but we will continue to follow the advice of the Government and Public Health England and will keep you updated.

As an independent, family-run business our customers and teams are incredibly important to us. Whilst our stores are closed, we will be doing everything we can to continue providing the highest levels of support possible whilst protecting our customers and team.

Outstanding orders and queries.

Please email all outstanding queries to [email protected] or contact our central-line at 0113 831 4310 (option 1). We are working as quickly and efficiently as possible to resolve all queries but please bear with us as we manage this transition.

Can I still receive deliveries of goods and installations?

Yes, our flooring deliveries are continuing to take place. You will receive a pre-delivery call and will be asked the following two questions:

  1. Have you or anybody living at this address displayed possible coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms resulting in any of you having to self-isolate?
    • IF YES – We will cancel the delivery and rebook at least 14 days later
    • IF NO – We will proceed with delivery cautiously. It is critical that you exercise social distancing by keeping 2 metres away from the delivery team. They have been advised to do the same and this will help keep both you and them safe.
  1. Have you or anybody living at this address opted to self-isolate as a result of being: Aged 70 or over, a vulnerable adult, or pregnant?
    • IF YES – With your agreement, we will deliver to your doorstep or outbuilding/garage
    • IF NO – We will proceed with delivery cautiously. It is critical that you exercise social distancing by keeping 2 metres away from the delivery team. They have been advised to do the same and this will help keep both you and them safe.

Can I still collect my materials?

Government guidelines would not class your journey to collect these materials as essential travel, so this is not currently available. If your delivery is time sensitive please contact us at [email protected] or 0113 831 4310 (option 1) to arrange one of our delivery options.

Can I order online?

Our website does not currently take orders; however, we are working remotely and would be happy to take your orders over the phone so just call us on 0113 831 4310 (option 1).
